The presents have all been opened, and wrapping paper and ribbons still linger by the hearth.  Families and friends have gathered to share memories and make new ones as well.  Many amazing meals have been thoroughly enjoyed this Christmas season.  And the treats — oh the treats — the breads, the cakes, the cookies, the candies — we have truly feasted well.  Even the furry members of the family received a few treats today.

And while I can’t imagine even looking at another treat for at least a few days, that day will come, and I will be prepared.  Now so will you.

As you know, I only allowed myself to bake one batch of Christmas Cookies this year.  But that doesn’t mean that I didn’t thoroughly enjoy looking at all of the gluten-free cookie recipes that have been floating around the blogosphere!
