Raw Caramel Nut Frosted Fudge at The Balanced Platter

4 Comments 03 December 2013

It’s the most list-focused time of the year. We have wish lists, gift lists, shopping lists, menu lists, Christmas card lists, and ever-growing to-do lists. Have you started making your Christmas cookie list yet?

One of my favorite holiday treats by far is fudge. Like singing Silent Night, attending the candlelight Christmas Eve service, opening stockings Christmas morning, and drinking mulled cider, I must have fudge in order for it to feel like Christmas.

This year I created raw vegan fudge that I’m sharing today at The Balanced Platter. I’d be pleased as punch if you’d take a break from list making and come on over to check it out. Maybe this fudge will end up on your recipes-to-try list!

Hope to see you there!

Readers, dish!

  • What kind of lists are you making?
  • What says “Christmas” to you?

A Curious Girl in the Gluten-Free World

I'm a curious girl, wife, teacher, friend, fitness fanatic, foodie, high raw vegan, child of the King, and Mama Cat. I've made the transition from baking and cooking gluten-free to creating raw vegan recipes that are naturally gluten free. My gluten intolerance opened up my diet to a whole new world of nutritious plant-based foods. And now I have another challenge ahead...I'm moving to New York City! I look forward to Living Raw Vegan in the City and sharing my experience with you.
